Order Processing
- If you place your order before 3pm* Monday to Friday, we'll process it on the same day.
- For orders placed after 3pm*, we'll take care of them the next day. Orders placed after 3pm* on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Tracking Your Order
- We will email your tracking details once your order has been processed.
- You can also find your tracking information in Account > My Orders.
- *All times based on UK time zone.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email hello@indu.me We will always do our best to stop it before it has shipped. If it is already on its way, we will let you know and we will send you a shipping label to send your order back to us. In this case, do not open the box or any of the products. Simply place the shipping label on the unopened box and send it back.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or doesn't function properly, please take a photo and send it with a description of the issue to hello@indu.me. One of our representatives will then help to resolve.
