How did you get into your sport?
"In secondary school I was chosen to attend the athletics throwing club after school and I threw a school record the first time and I have been doing it ever since."
What do you love about your sport?
"I love that it has allowed me to meet so many new people and make lifelong friends and go to new places whilst doing something I truly love. Also that it allows me to dedicate my time to something and give me an outlet for emotions."
What is your proudest sporting achievement(s) to date?
"My proudest achievement was winning The England Championships in 2023 it was my first ever time attending a major competition like that and to walk away with a gold medal was amazing. Also qualifying for SIAB last year was such a proud moment as it allowed me to compete in my first ever international competition."
Any future goals and aspirations?
"I’m hoping to compete in Wold Championships in the future and maybe an olympics!"
