How did you get into racing? 

"I used to watch Lewis Hamilton race in F1 when I was very young. I knew all the drivers and even watched practice sessions. So my parents took me to Buckmore Park (a track Lewis raced at) to try a Go Kart. The team there were amazing, I loved it and was hooked. I went on to win many races, championship trophies and their Driver of the Year 2 years in a row, it really launched my journey in karting."

What do you love about your sport? 

"It is my passion, I love the speed, racing and competition, on and off track. You have to be committed, willing to learn, train, never give up, be part of a team. You get to travel across the UK even abroad if you are lucky enough and make great friends."

What is your proudest sporting achievement(s) to date?

"To date, I have won both my seasons as a rookie in professional karting. But last year I was selected from 180 drivers to win the X-Kart Scholarship and then went on to secure a National Championship in my 1st year as a Junior Racing Driver. I was proud because I worked hard off and on track to be ready and make up for how little I had raced and it paid off."

Any future goals and aspirations?

"My goal is to race professionally at the highest level possible. I can't really call it a job, but my aim is to have a successful career in motorsport. The next step will be to take part in the Ginetta Junior Scholarship, a pathway the likes of Lando Norris and others have taken to reach their goals."
