5 fun things to do in Sydney

It’s official: indu’s down under! To celebrate our launch across Australia and New Zealand (exclusively in your local Sephora), we’ve put together some of our fave fun things to do in the city.

Grab a Blessed Bowl

On team indu’s recent tour of Sydney, you might have spotted our pop up collab with this brand, where we served up two of your obsessions at Westfield Bondi Junction: skincare + açai bowls.

No matter where you are in the city (or the country tbh), you’re never too far away from a dessert/açai bar. Are you a Peanut Bliss or Caramel Crunch? Don’t miss out on the crispy, fruity, super-sweet combos that Aussie teens are obsessing over.

Walk from Sydney Cove to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for 10/10 city views

TikTok tells us this route is among the best in the city. Plus, it’s all flat pavements, so it’s super easy and harbourside the whole way. Sure, you can head to Manly or Bondi for the classic beach views, but when in Sydney, you can’t miss the Opera House or the bridge!

It’s only a 16-minute walk, but it’s non-stop 10/10 views. Our top tip: do this walk at sunrise (like the Aussie early birds) or at sunset. No notes.

Top up your skincare at Sephora Bondi junction

We couldn’t do these tips without a trip to Sephora. Mostly because that means while you’re mid haul, you can stop by our brand-new stand, and see us on full display, in full colour. Don’t forget to add your favourite indu cleanser and/or moisturiser to your basket…

(We’ll never stop pinching ourselves... what do you MEAN we’re officially IRL in store in Australia and New Zealand?!)

Browse the Aussie boutiques of Paddington.

If you love shopping, there’s one thing about Sydney that you can’t miss: the boutiques! All the coolest Aussie independent brands have made their home in Paddington.

The name’s a slice of the UK, but it couldn’t be any more different! The sunny streets are lined with the cutest shops you won’t find back home, so enjoy browsing, even if you’re just window shopping!

Brunch at The Grounds

A not-so secret spot that brings the tropics to Sydney’s city centre. Much like us at indu, this café isn’t afraid of a little colour to stand out. We’re trying the fruit-topped pancakes, an orange and almond croissant, or filling up on the breakfast tacos or a classic BLT. All while seated under a canopy of real plants and jungle greens!

Insta aesthetic, guaranteed!
